
BLEND DESCRIPTION
A perfect balance between the full buttery body of Brazil Rio Brilhante, nutty and tobacco notes from Cuba Serrano and a bright lively acidity of Panama Finca Ruiz. This specialty coffee blend will gently introduce you to the Specialty coffee world with a sweet balance and buttery body. The moustache is one of Mr Bloom’s typical traits, for this reason he decided this name for an everyday coffee blend.

CUP PROFILE
AROMA: hazelnuts, honey and walnuts
TASTE: citrus fruits and nuts
BODY: thick and creamy
ACIDITY: medium-low, mainly lactic
AFTERTASTE: lingering of cocoa and tobacco

BREWING TIPS
Great balance and harmonic flavours distinguish this Specialty coffee blend built from three very different single origins. Ideal for a first approach in Specialty coffee because of its perfect balance, moderate acidity and pronounced sweetness. Perfect for your morning espresso and your early morning breakfast filter coffee. The gentle touch of a sweet caramel aftertaste will keep you company for the entire morning. A soft buttery body will make your awakening more delicate and tender.
Suggested coffee ratio:
ESPRESSO: 15 gr for double shot
MOKA: 15 gr for 3 cups pot
FILTER: 18 gr for 300 ml (2 cups)
